Garbage truck driver survives 100-foot plunge from Miami highway

MIAMI (WSVN/CNN) - A Miami garbage truck driver is lucky to be alive after his truck plunged 100 feet off a highway. Kaseem Smith survived a 100-foot fall.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, seven just might leave you speechless.

One image shows the aftermath of the fall and fire. Another one is a closeup of the destroyed garbage truck, the cab separated from the back end.

There are two photos of a truck that hit on its 100-foot drop, and one shows scattered car parts and fire rescue on the scene. And another, a closeup of the cab from which the driver was ejected.
