The U.S. is Hunkering Down on Long Haul Trucking Companies in Mexico

The U.S. has proposed a change to NAFTA restricting long haul trucking companies in Mexico from doing business here in the states.

The restrictions on truckers could mean that "...losing Nafta trade protections and advantages would make it harder for Mexico to challenge any future U.S. requirements on trucks such as new safety checks".
