WASHINGTON — The Alliance for Driver Safety & Security, better known as The Trucking Alliance, has told Congress that lawmakers should refrain from codifying any portion of the Hours of Service rule.
That action would prevent the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from changing the rule should “sound data” show it’s unsafe.
