This well known and exciting annual Make-A Wish Truck event started back in 1990 when a child requested to ride in an 18th wheeler. That year, more than 40 trucks and drivers turned out. This years theme is "26 Miles- 50 Wishes".
This simple wish from a sinlge child has paved the path for 100 of wishes for children since, with more trucks and drivers every year since.
Many of the drivers will have the opportunity of haning a local Wish Chile ride with them during the convoy. Drivers must raise $100 to participate.
