Mobile opt-in and text-messaging consent information is never sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your application information (including your phone number) only with the lending and funding partners needed to process your application, as described in this policy — never for third-party marketing.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We apply advanced encryption and security protocols, including:

• Secure Data Transmission: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
• Encrypted Storage: Uploaded files are encrypted using AES-256 and stored in Amazon S3 and Microsoft SharePoint with strict access controls.
• Key Management: Encryption keys are protected using AWS Key Management Service (KMS).
• Authentication: User logins are securely handled via Amazon Cognito.
• Access Logging: All sensitive data access is tracked and monitored.
• Email Security: Sensitive data is never stored or transmitted via email.

Only authorized personnel with role-based access may view your data.

We only share your data with essential service partners:

• Technology Providers: Such as AWS, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Bedrock AI to process applications securely

We do not share your application data with advertisers. Our website does use advertising measurement tools, as described in Section 8.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. We do not store application data — no Social Security numbers, bank details, or uploaded documents — in any cookie or tracking tool. Those are handled only through the secure systems described in Section 4.

Strictly necessary. Cookies required for the site and application to work, such as keeping your place in a multi-step form. These cannot be turned off without breaking the application.

Analytics and attribution. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and we set two first-party cookies of our own — entry_point and entry_referrer — which record the first page you landed on and the website or search engine that referred you. We use these to learn which of our own pages and articles are useful. They contain no personal information and are not shared with anyone.

Advertising. We use Google Ads conversion measurement, which sets cookies (including _gcl_au) that let us see whether an advertisement led to an application. These cookies pass site-activity signals to Google. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use this information to build advertising audiences for other companies.
